These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Do-er mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Do-er (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Do-er is a field service management application designed for independent contractors, handymen, and service professionals. Our Service allows you to:
- Create and send quotes and invoices to customers
- Schedule and manage jobs and appointments
- Accept payments from customers via Stripe
- Track job status, photos, and notes in the field
- Manage customer contacts and job history
3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all job data, customer records, invoices, quotes, photos, and other content you upload or create using our Service (“User Content”). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or sharing it. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Do-er and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.
